French midfielder and World Cup winner Paul Pogba has hinted that he wants to leave Manchester United this summer.
The 26-year-old who has in recent weeks been a key transfer subject in the transfer news has been linked with a move to Real Madrid while Sky Sports also reported last week that Juventus bosses were in England to try and lure the midfielder back to Italy.
Pogba, named in the PFA Team of the Year for 2018/2019 season is however still under contract with the Red Devils until July 2021.
“I am thinking of this: To have a new challenge somewhere else,” Pogba said.
“For me, I have been for three years in Manchester and have been doing great; some good moments and some bad moments, like everybody. Like everywhere else.
“After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well… I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge.”
Pogba rejoined Man United in August 2016 for a then-world record fee of £89.3m and the club is convinced he will be at Old Trafford next season despite interest from Madrid, Juventus and PSG.
