Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan are interested in signing Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku and Chelsea’s Victor Moses in a summer spending spree.
With the club expected to announce former Chelsea boss and ex-Juventus manager Antonio Conte as their new head coach in the next 48 hours or so, Inter are hopeful of making these deals happen.
Conte tried to land Lukaku while at Stamford Bridge in 2017 before the striker joined Manchester United from Everton. The 49-year-old Italian will replace Luciano Spalletti as head coach.
Lukaku has scored 42 goals in 96 appearances for United but with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as manager at Old Trafford, he has found himself falling in the pecking order of preferred choice Marcus Rasford.
On the other hand, Victor Moses was a regular starter at Chelsea during Conte’s time before losing his place following the appointment of Maurizio Sarri this season and subsequently loaned off to Fenerbahce in January.
According to Sky Sports, the Nigerian forward “has been a regular at the Turkish side and his deal there runs until 2020, meaning Inter would have to negotiate his release from Fenerbahce if they want to take him to the San Siro”.
