KCCA Football Club unveil 11 new signings

Twelve-time league champions and nine time Uganda Cup winners Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) have unveiled eleven new signings ahead of the 2017/2018 soccer season in Uganda.

The new recruits include goalkeeper Jamil Maliyamungu who signed a two-year contract with the Kasasiro Boys and Obenchan Filbert, a defender who penned a four-year deal.

Others include; wing backs Begisa James, Oryek Allan with four and two-year contracts respectively, midfielders Mohammad Abdullah, Faisal Kiberu, Wamannah Ibrahim and strikers Abubakar Saddiq Tijjani from Nigeria, Malango Faisam Ndjibu from Cameroon plus Kaddu Patrick and Tito Okello.

The Azam Uganda Premier League and Uganda Cup defending champions kick off their season this weekend against Paidha Black Angels in the FUFA Super Cup while their league opener follows up on Tuesday when they take on Maroons FC at StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo.
