English Premier League giants Manchester United are planning to table a ridiculous £183million bid for two Real Madrid stars with goalkeeper David de Dea to be offered in a package deal.
“Manchester United will offer Spain goalkeeper David de Gea, 26, and £183m in exchange for Portugal forward Ronaldo, 32, and his Real Madrid team-mate Alvaro Morata, the 24-year-old Spain striker,” reports Tuttosport via Daily Mail.
It is no secret that Madrid are interested in signing the Spanish goalkeeper, David de Gea and United on the other hand want to land Alvaro Morata after releasing Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Madrid initially slapped a whopping £350million price tag on the Portuguese forward in an attempt to fend off interest from French giants PSG.
Although it is understood that United boss Jose Mourinho and Cristiano Ronaldo had a falling out during his last season at the Bernabeu, the two parties are willing the bury the hatchet in order for the two to work together again at Old Trafford.
The four time Ballon d’Or winner is currently in Russia where he is featuring for Portugal in the Confederations Cup.
Meanwhile, English media sources report that the Red Devils target to sign 18-year-old goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma who has refused to sign a new deal with Serie A giants AC Milan to replace de Gea.
