The sponsorship deal worth 90 million shillings was uncovered in the presence of FUFA marketing manager Esther Musoke, Pilsner brand manager Catherine Twesigye as well as Rogers Byamukama, a member of the FUFA executive committee.
The eight-team tournament kicks off next month with six teams that finished top of the Uganda Premier League table last season taking part with the exemption of Vipers together with two newly promoted teams from the FUFA Big League.
