Match day 7 of the Azam Uganda Premier was concluded on Saturday 28th with three games played in Arua, Kampala and Masaka respectively.
At Masaka Recreation Grounds, title-hungry Sports Club Villa beat league reigning champions Kampala Capital City Authority FC by 2-1 to move into the top four on the table.
Sensational midfielder Allan Kyambadde welcomed to the Kasasiro Boys into the Jogoos fortress with a goal in the fifth minute to give his side the halftime advantage.
However, the Yellow boys were not willing to go down without a fight in such a highly contested fixture and their efforts paid off when towering defender Timothy Awanyi scored to level matters for Coach Mike Mutebi’s side in the 80th minute.
KCCA’s joy was however short-lived as Martin Kizza fired the final stroke that broke the camel’s back as Villa restored their lead in the 85th minute that eventually turned out to be the match winner.

Away to the Green Light Stadium in Arua, 2015 Uganda Cup finalist Onduparaka FC and Vipers SC fired blanks in a goalless draw on the evening.
