Ssentongo, Akinyemi strike as the Kasasiro Boys trash Proline FC

2015/2016 season top scorer Robert Ssentongo and Sulaimon Akinyemi struck as the Kasasiro Boys trashed Proline Football Club in the Lugogo derby at the Phillip Omondi Stadium on Wednesday evening.

The former URA FC striker netted to in the 35th minute off Vincent Kayizzi’s assist to give the league champions a lead in an entertaining clash on the evening.

At the start of the second half, Paul Mucureezi paved way for midfielder Akinyemi while Kayizzi was withdrawn for Derrick Nsibambi at the half hour mark.

Akinyemi later scored in the 67th minute off Tom Masiko’s free kick that followed a foul on Isaac Muleme to double KCCA’s lead.

The result puts KCCA FC to 63 points with just a single game left in which they will face an already relegated Sadolin Paints FC while Proline remains 8th on the 16-team log with 38 points.
