Tottenham attacking midfielder Dele Ali missed England’s training session on Thursday ahead of the World Cup fixture against Panama on Sunday.
Despite playing 80 minutes in England’s 2-1 win over Pool G opponents of Tunisia on Monday, the 22-year-old suffered a thigh injury.
Meanwhile, the manager Gareth Southgate also dislocated his shoulder when he fell during a run near England’s World Cup camp in Repino.
"The doc has made it clear punching the air is not an option. I might not be celebrating any goals as athletically in future," the 47-year-old noted.
