Cameroon have appointed former Real Madrid and AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf as their new manager.
The Netherlands international, who replaces Hugo Broos will be assisted by his longtime national teammate and former Barcelona star Patrick Kluivert.
The development came after a deal for former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson to take on the mantle of the Indomitable Lions and five-time African champions fell through.
Details to the longevity of the 42-year-old’s contract will be announced next month.
